Volunteers celebrate a combined 66 years of service


Val Collett and Joyce Taylor were surrounded by their colleagues today when they sipped a celebratory cup of tea honouring their long service to the trolley shop.Volunteer co-ordinator Jackie Perry said, “Joyce and Val have shown such dedication and loyalty to a service that is really appreciated by patients. We wanted to thank them for their contribution and commitment.”


The new team of Judith Wedgwood and Heather Hutton have now taken on the mantle of trolley shop ward rounds. Jackie added, “We owe them a debt of gratitude in keeping this vital service going.”
