Well Leg Service
The Well Leg Service is the follow-up service for those who have been discharged with a healed leg ulcer from the Lower Limb Therapy Service (LLTS).
The service comprises regular clinical follow-up, and additional social input as required by the individual. Our LLTS nurses will book your appointment for the clinic as is required, and where beneficial can refer you to our Social Prescriber for support with health and social engagement.
Our clinics are running on a localised basis across the Trust’s area.
