Compliments and complaints:
We want to hear your feedback to help us to provide the best service possible. Compliments help us to build upon what works well and we equally strive to learn from concerns and complaints.
We work hard to meet the wishes of our donors by resolving any complaints promptly. However if you are not satisfied with our response then you can make an official complaint by emailing it to email@example.com. We will use our Complaints, Concerns, Comments and Compliments policy to deal with your complaint and acknowledge receipt within three days. A copy of this policy can be requested from the charity at any time.
