Outpatient Appointment Offices
Our offices are open 8.30am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. In office hours, you can speak to an Appointment Clerk regarding your appointment.
The phone lines can be busy so there is an option to leave a message to cancel your appointment if you do not wish to book another. These messages are picked up throughout the day.

Your compliments, comments and complaints
The Trust has a Communications Office as the point of contact for all media enquiries – from breaking news and patient condition checks to requests for interviews and specialist features.
To protect patient confidentiality, dignity and respect, and to ensure that frontline health care services are not disrupted, all media enquiries should come to the Communications Office (not direct to wards or individual staff members).
No filming or photography can take place on any Trust site without permission having been given first by the Communications office or duty manager.
The Communications Office is available Monday to Friday, 8.30am until 5pm, except on Bank or Public Holidays.
