Our seven Non-Executive Directors, together with the Chairman, form a majority on the Board and share corporate responsibility for ensuring that the Trust is run efficiently, economically and effectively.
There is a clear division of responsibility between the Chairman of the Trust and the Chief Executive Officer (CEO). The Chairman heads the Board of Directors, providing leadership and ensuring its effectiveness in all aspects of its role; including setting the Board's agenda and ensuring its members receive timely and pertinent information in order to exercise their responsibilities.
