Public Meetings & Minutes


Please note that due to the current context with COVID-19, we are still planning on holding parts of these meetings in public, but they will be accessible online via Microsoft Teams (MS Teams).

Council of Governors

The Council of Governors meet formally on a quarterly basis.

At each meeting they receive an update from the Chief Executive, a report on the Trust's performance over the previous quarter and conduct their routine business.

The agendas and minutes of meetings can be found below. Please note that minutes are not published until they have been approved.

Council of Governors meetings 2021:

All meetings are currently planned to be held via MS Teams.  We will review this in light of any new guidance on meeting in person.

The Council of Governors meetings are open to the public and all members of the Trust are welcome to attend.

Board meetings

Our Board has 10 meetings in a calendar year (although it can also meet in August and December if required), with each meeting having a public and confidential session.

Annual Members' Meeting

The Annual Members' Meeting (AMM) is an opportunity for the Trust and our members to come together to talk about the latest developments in care and share thoughts and ideas about the future. It is an exclusive members' event, but interested public are welcome to join as a member of the Trust when booking.

The 2020 meeting was held on Wednesday 30 September, 5pm-7pm. Due to the COVID-19 social distancing restrictions, the event was hosted online this year.
