RD&E Annual Members’ Meeting 2021
We are pleased to announce that we will be holding our Annual Members’ Meeting (AMM) on Wednesday 29 September 2021, 5pm-7pm.
We gave some consideration to holding this important meeting in person; however, on reviewing the local COVID-19 position, we have made the decision to hold the meeting using MS Teams. Safety is always our top priority and we wanted to ensure everybody felt comfortable attending the meeting.
The event will provide an opportunity for Trust members to hear about our performance over the previous financial year, to learn more about aspects of our work, including the proposed integration with Northern Devon Healthcare Trust, and to contribute your views. It is an exclusive members' event, but interested public are welcome to join as a member of the Trust when booking.
To book your place and to see what other activities are taking place prior to the Annual Members Meeting, please see our dedicated members' website.
For more information on how to submit a formal Motion to the Annual Members Meeting, or an amendment to the Rules of Procedure, please see the Members' Meetings Rules of Procedure. Motions and any amendments to the Rules of Procedure must be received by the Trust Secretary in writing by 4pm on 8 September 2021 at Room E221a, Royal Devon & Exeter NHS Foundation Trust, Barrack Road, Exeter EX2 5DW.
If you are unable to participate in this year’s AMM you can still submit a question to the Corporate Affairs Team by 4pm on Friday 17 September 2021. We will reply to you with the response to your question following the meeting. The Trust’s annual report and accounts will be published on our website in advance of the event.
