Staff Bank - Tell Me More

You are here: Home \ About the Trust \ Working for Us \ Staff Bank \ Tell Me More

Why would the Staff bank suit me?

The Staff Bank acts in a similar way to an agency for the Royal Devon and Exeter Trust, therefore any nurse who is successful, can work the hours and shifts that he/she wishes. The Staff bank may suit people who cannot commit to a regular pattern of working from one week to the next, or those who find it difficult to find posts with the hours and times that suit them. The Staff bank may also suit people who wish to get experience of all or a majority of the wards and departments within an acute hospital before applying for a substantive post.
