9 National FT Governors Forum - Organisational Structure
To note the minutes of the Organisational Structure Working Group, and to decide upon the issues of principle introduced by Mr Roger Smith (Public - Mid Devon)

 

10 Smoke-free Environment Implementation Proposal
To discuss the Trust's proposals presented by the Director of Nursing & Service Improvement

 

11 Question on Notice
To note the response to a question from Dr Perriss (Other Parts) given by the Director of Nursing & Service Improvement

 

12 Date of Next Meeting
Tuesday 11 July 2006 from 1400 - 1600 in the St James' Suite, St James' Centre, Exeter City AFC, Stadium Way, Exeter.

Please note - this will be an extremely important meeting to agree the proposed changes to the Constitution which will be presented to the members for approval in September. All governors are urged to attend to ensure the meeting is quorate. If you eill ne unable to attend please inform the Secretary by e-mail as soon as possible.

 

13 Exclusion of the Press and Public
To exclude the press and public from the remainder of the meeting by virtue of the confidential nature of the business to be discussed, namely to approve the minutes of the last Part 2 meeting

Governors are reminded that any changes to their circumstances concerning their eligibility to vote as a member of a constituency, which have occurred since their last declaration, must be passed to the Secretary immediately. Governors may not vote at Council meetings if they no longer meet the requirements of the Constituation.
