Explanation / description: |
Yeo is a 23 bedded Oncology ward with chemotherapy and radiotherapy as the main modes of treatment. We have close links with the palliative care services, outpatients, Cherrybrook daycase unit and the FORCE cancer support centre. The team consists of Consultants, Registrars, Senior House Officers, Nurses, Nursing auxiliaries, Ward Clerk, and Housekeepers. The nurses have specialist skills which include the administration of chemotherapy. |
