Description |
The SSR ward is open 7 days a week, 24 hours a day and provides therapy and rehabilitation. The SSR ward ensures that patients are planned for appropriately and have effective and timely discharge plans. The plans are provided by an integrated nursing and therapy team. The ward aim is to empower, involve and educate patients' quality of life and wellbeing. |
