Abbey ward has 22 inpatient beds with an additional 3 recliner chairs for daycase patients.
Patients are seen prior to surgery by our pre-assessment nurses and followed up as an outpatient in the plastics dressings clinic.
The plastics rehabilitation team include specialist physios and occupational therapists.
The skin cancer specialist nurses work alongside our consultants.
We currently have seven plastic consultants working with us. Mr.Deveraj, Mr.Oliver, Mr.Watts, Mr.Stone, Mr.Palmer, Mr.Saxby, Miss Goodwin- Walters.
