Role of Community Dietitian
We provide dietetic assessment and advice to patients with a wide variety of clinical conditions, both outpatients and inpatients in community hospitals throughout Exeter, Mid and East-Devon localities. We aim to promote health and prevent disease, and to support patients in making lifestyle changes to manage their long-term conditions.

Specialist management of adult patients who are tube fed in their own and care homes
We have outpatient clinics for GP referrals, held in Okehampton, Seaton, Exmouth, Honiton, Ottery St Mary and Tiverton Community Hospitals and Exeter (Heavitree and Franklyn House)
The team consists of 3 dietitians, one full time, two part-time with administrative support by a part-time administrator.
