Use this number if you have already attended our clinic, and have queries about a follow-up appointment. This number can also be used for general enquiries, but first please check here for the number you require.
Diabetes specialist nurse - 01392 411611 and ask for "Operator"
When you phone the switchboard, you will be answered by a computer system. Ask for "Operator". When you are put through to a switchboard operator, please ask them to put you through to the "diabetes nurse on call".
A nurse is on call from 8am to 8pm including Saturday and Sunday. You may have to wait a few minutes to be connected (for example, if they are already taking a call).
Do not hesitate to phone if you are feeling ill and are concerned about your blood sugars. For routine enquiries, please try to phone during normal working hours. If you wish to contact a particular individual, please see the specialist nurses page for more information.

We provide a specialist service to a large area of Devon, and cannot offer routine review or nail care. Patients must be referred by a GP, practice nurse or community podiatrist.
Retinopathy screening service - 01392 403832
If you need to cancel, or change an appointment. Use this number even if your screening takes place in your local GP surgery.
