How to refer
You can refer yourself or you can be referred by your GP or other Health or Social Care staff. For more information, see Contact details.

What we offer and provide
The first time we see you, one or more of the therapists will make an assessment and help you decide if you will benefit from treatment by our team.

Together with you, we will then decide what you want to achieve and what sort of treatment plan would be helpful. This might involve one or more of the professionals in our team.
