The outpatient department is located on level one. To get here turn left through the main foyer, go along the corridor, take the first right then next left and go up to level one via the stairs or lift.
You will find wheelchairs in our main entrance by the reception. Please ask at reception if you have any other enquiries.
When you get to the outpatient department, there is another reception where they will book you in and tell you where to go next and if there is any delay. We will do our best to see you on time, but please accept our apologies if you are kept waiting. Please tell the receptionist if you have been waiting for more than 30 minutes and also if a delay causes you problems – for example, you have to meet a child from school or your car parking ticket will expire soon.
